Pad Thai has been on my “to make” list for awhile, but I couldn’t find an easier, straightforward recipe. Lo and behold, this shrimp Pad Thai recipe was in the very first issue of Cuisine at Home that we received. With a few adjustments, I’ve gotten it to blog- worthy status. You will have a lot of dishes to do when you’re done cooking, but your belly will be full of good food while you’re doing them.
