What’s a Zwitchen?

Zwitch (my last name) + Kitchen (a room or place equipped for cooking) = my first forray into blogging

Let me start by saying that I’m far from a expert in the kitchen, but I do love to cook and bake. I started this blog as a place to share recipes and maybe learn a thing or two. Many of my friends and family are also great cooks, so I plan to recruit them to share their recipes as well. Hear that, everyone? Start getting your recipes together! My day job is interactive marketing and communications, so maintaining this blog and tracking its success will be a new learning experience.
